When I log into My Account, 'View all mobile service accounts' tab does not appear. So cannot proceed beyond that. Not possible to check movile usage?? ... View more

International call quality extremely poor

I have recently subscribed to the TPG$30 plan with 100 free international calls. However, the international connection is so poor that you cannot have a comprehensible conversation. Virtually impossible I would say. Is it me, my phone or the TPG international connection? Am I getting a raw deal for the 100mts of the international calls?
