I can hear dial tone. However I am unable to call out on my landline and people can't call in.

Thanks for heads up and followed advised URL, however still unable to outgoing call both the local mobile number and international. Cheers,

Can receive calls on landline but can’t make international outgoing calls the number you have dialled is not available from this service, O C A 0163

NBN Technician installed NBN and internet is working ok. However the home phone is not working. I can hear the dialling tone but I can't make or receive calls.
