Hey Guys, New NBN FTTP was installed 2days ago, and still not phone service/dial tone (or light UNI-V 1/2). Internet is working ok, do I need to change phone settings on the modem? Am I missing something or is this an issue on TPGs end? Cheers

Worked out how to do what you asked. Connection timed out; no servers could be reached. However google and Facebook sent back immediate responses with correct servers.

Is anyone else having issues with internet connection this week? For some reason we are having issues connecting with the internet and when it does connect it only loads emails or good search engine. When we go to load up another webpage it goes to the no internet page. I have rebooted the modem multiple times. I have tried different web browsers. At the moment we can only use our phone data to access any Internet. Anyone have any solutions?

Hi guys, Has anyone recently received a text message about an NBN appointment and asking you to confirm your appointment before 9pm the day before? I have not requested such appointment, all I did was a speed test.

Hi Guys, I have been using the Huawei HG659 supplied by TPG when we signed up for 6 years now, and am wondering if its time to replace it for something that maybe a little faster and more reliable. Any suggestions? Best regards, AJ

Hi, I also for some reason have an outage, and was not notified by TPG at all. I had to hear it from the tv last night about the state of TAS in crisis over the outage. Apparently this is now resolved but we still do not have any service. Can someone please confirm why this is the case? Its been two days now and no internet. Thanks

Hi Shane, You step in and stop this please. The other guy (Basil) has taken over and stuffed me around. I did not want my phone line changed over at all, I was enquiring whether it could be done. It’s an active number for my current business and I need it for my continuity of business. Please stop this ASAP.

Hi, I am moving to a home office setup. Can I transfer an existing phone number from another isp to my existing TPG connection? I currently have a number connected which I do not use.
