Hi TPG community, internet and phone down at my elderly parents place. Tried powering down and turning back on a number of times with no luck. Location is Bundoora in Victoria.

Hi Basil, it has been happening for over a week now. We have tried rebooting the modem too.

Inbound calls are not working. The phone rings once then stops. We are elderly and need the phone as security. Outbound calls are fine. Can anybody help? Thank you.

Hi there, ever since I changed to an NBN land line, I have not been able to make internationall calls. There is credit in my account, and I don't have the international call add on. Thanks in advance.

Hi David, the prepayment was not required, it was a technical problem that TPG needed to activate at their end. I thought this was strange as the plan included phone. Thanks.

Thanks David, I prepaid the minimum on Saturday. I assume it’s going to take a few days for the funds to be debited, I check today and it is still unfinancial. A bit strange that you have to prepay when you have a phone bundle included. I’ll close this off when the issue is sorted. Thanks again

Thanks David, it does say unfinancial however the plan is a bundled plan with phone. Is there something we did incorrectly with the installation? Thank you.

Hi there, I have just installed home NBN with a $10 phone plan, I can receive calls but can’t dial out. Error msg is OCA 0163. How can this be rectified?
