How to change my billing details. I have tried with update billing details but it was not working

It says my billing will be invalid from 24 feb and I am still waiting for technician appointment on 23 March 2021, more than 2 months after paying bills without internet service. You told me that my billing should be activate only after 23 March after connecting NBN box and internet. I am not going to pay any charge until i get my internet. If I need to pay for 2 months without internet service I will complain to fair trade.

I have not got any response for earlier technician appointment. It is still in 24 March after 2 months. You should let us know earlier about it so that we can use another internet. I am in trap because I can’t change internet and have to wait for 2 months without internet. It is disgusting. Poor and slow service.

Do I still need to pay for 2 months from Jan 15 till 24 March for internet or not? Because internet service will only start after 24 March 2021, after technician appointment. Does 5 months contract start from jan 15 to June 15? When will my contract finish?

I am waiting for your response for Confirmation of NBN service to active. I have got technicians appointment after 2 months on 15 March. Can you please arrange the date sooner? I have called to 131423 and waited for more than 2 hours to contact. It is so frustrating. My internet is not working.. They told me that If I want to disconnect it because of poor and delay service, I have to pay for 5 month contract even I have not got internet connection. How can you trap people like this? It is disgusting. Please make your customer happy not frustrate with your service. Thank you.
