Same problem here. It has been identified by several users in the past week, with no clear answer provided. Makes no sense that you can log on to your TPG account, but that the email address is giving timeouts / 504 errors / invalid username or password, etc. Asking the users for screenshots, etc is pointless. Prolem lies in the eway that the user account is currently linked to the email account. feels as if TPG is running a script every few hours to reset account lockouts to free up emails as that is my experience for the past 10 days.

I have had the same problem for the past week or so. Problem seems to resolve itself after hours. Get the 504 error, told the account is not available, can't connect via postoffice.tpg.com.au, but CAN logon to my account page details via tpg.com.au Exceptionally frustrating and resulted in my commencing migrating my email to a third party due to the delays in tpg doing so to the messaging company.

Hi David. I has been happening regardless of BROWSER, or Client (in my case Outlook 365). Seems to not work for approx 15-20 mins at a time, then connects randomly. Was working relatively well yesterday, only noticed a change today as I start to migrate my email accounts away from TPG.

Anyone else unable to access emails today? Has been opccurring since approx 11:30am on 21 November 2023. No issues reported on Status board, but I've getting a 504 Gateway timeout regardless of method used to access email. Thank you in advance.

As of 16 November 2023, TMC have told me no migrations have commenced and they do NOT know when they will be occurring.

I made a request for cancellation on 09/11/2023 using the online portal, but have not received an email or any formal confirmation that I have done so. So, how can I confirm it is going through?

As of today, 25 January 2022, my wired devices no longer connect to the VR1600V. No changes have been made to firmware or the PCs connected to the device. Wireless devices work perfectly fine, but hard wired devices simply don't show / connect. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Troubleshooting already done: a) Rebooted PCs and modem - several times b) Normal IPCONFIG commands tried c) Reset Winsock d) Current firmware on modem is: Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n e) Never had this issue before and system has been stable for years
