My town is being upgraded to ftth/fttc How do I find out when its available? I saw them pulling fibre over last couple months last week or so things have gone quite and may be finished?

Good morning. I have connected up my modem internet is working fine and I have checked the connections, I just upgraded to the new model from tpg. Seems I have lost the voip service. Can someone look into it please.

Hello I have the huawei fttn modem. Is there a better option for fttn modem while keeping the VoIP active? I want better wifi for gaming and video streaming..

I found it was given as account credit. For some reason i thought it autmatically went to card used to pay account..

I went with option 1 no idea when refund will hapen. Nothing against tpg but dissapointed with nbn speeds available to me...Nbn rolled out and I now have full adsl2 speeds..

Hello can I use third party voip on tpg internet(nbn fttn)? I want a better modem with wifi 6 and will need another provider for voip.
