Thank you for the reply. I am aware it is for residential customers. What I don't get is for myself or anyone else that has a need to call a Government Dept like Medicare, Centrelink or the RMS or any of the many other departments we cannot do so on an NBN phone plan without a charge out of the deposit. On a home phone it is a local call so why not just include them on the plans. We can however call anyone of a listed 15 countries and talk for however long we choose as a plan inclusion so this just doesn't make any sense at all. As more and more 13/1300 numbers are being introduced in this country it is time you too moved with the times and included these calls on the NBN Phone Plans. To call these numbers from most mobile phones they are charged at the per minute rate and anyone that has had to call them will tell you you are held in a queue for usually a minimum of 20 to 30 mins before you actually talk to anyone.   ...
