Hi @ron26nsw,   Charges for such calls are not included will be charged at Listed TPG rates on a 'pay as you go' basis and deducted from your prepaid balance. Calls to 19/1900 numbers are also not supported.    Please ensure that you have enough prepaid balance in order to make calls outside of your plan.    The Home Phone Optional Prepaid Balance is $0 by default, to make an outgoing call that is outside your plan inclusions, you can top up from $10, $20, $100 and $200 to be able to use your home phone.
