I'm facing an issue where I'm unable to watch some (unaffiliated) Twitch streams due to constant buffering. I ran a tracert live.twitch.tv and run into Destination net unreachable. Trace routes to other domains/IPs work as expected and my internet is otherwise functioning fine.
