Starting on the 26th of Oct. we were getting consistent dropouts/disconnects untl the 28th when it stoppped disconnecting as frequently but the internet is still slow. I've replaced the telephone lines/cabling for the splitter/router already but no change. Called telstra, our phone line provider and they said there was nothing on their end. I called about this problem yesterday and they forwarded the issue to the engineering department and said they would call back in 24 hrs. I've waited that longno callback. Tried calling again and couldn't connect to your phone service.
