Hi Thanks for looking at this problem. My phone is not on global roaming nor has it been since November ‘19 and I am on a public VPN when not at work (Telstra). The difference would be when I use the phone at work when it is on the company wireless and then I would think it would go through a lot of very secure networks via Houston. Would this cause TPG to automatically flag this as an issue? Thanks Glenn

Guys this is a recurring problem for me. i can only think that it is an issue for me as the phone I use belongs to an American company and routes everything through the US. i need a solution for this as it really is painful to have to login to TPG mail when I want to forward or reply or just send an email. Thanks Glenn

iPhone and iPad will not send emails. I get this message”cannot send email user address invalid”. I have changed passwords, restarted phone and iPad, reload email accounts, changed smtp address, all to no avail. I can send email if I change email address in outgoing settings to another TPG email account. Please help
