Hi @don_46 . What happens to the lights on the black NBN box and the indicator LED on the router when the ip address changes? Did you get a VR1600 from TPG as well or do you only have the AX6000? Or do you have the BYO plan? Have TPG indicated that your connection is ready to go? Are you using PPPoE in router config? How did you set up VLAN ID=2? Was it in IPTV section?
