Hi, thanks for your reply!   No difference in ping at all. 99% of the time its 6ms. Although, a few months ago, inexplicably, my ping went up to a consistent 15ms, and my download speed went from 84mbps to 86.5. What a NNIIICCEEE!! modem you got there mate!   I believe if you just upgraded your service from ADSL to NBN, then the username and password of your account should be the same. Unless you've canceled the ADSL then applied for NBN, then it's possible that the details will be different.   Try to contact their customer service on 13 14 23 (option 3 +1) to clarify things.  ... Hey mate!   Read this: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2575702   Not an expert in your type of modem since I've been using the one that was given to me, but it seems the issue is on the chipset being used on ASUS modem/routers as said in the reviews.   Try contacting them if there's an updated firmware to fix the issue. https://www.asus.com/au/support/   Updating firmware fixes issues on some of the modems, hope it works on yours as well.   ...
