Hi All,   So two days ago our ADSL (naked) went from being a good reliable service to suddenly slowing down to hardly anything.  Speed test get average of 1.5mbps down and less than 1 mbps upload - the test even times out in the evening when the network is busy. Have tried all resets, different devices, direct connection via ethernet cable from modem to laptop etc etc. the modem is a good one and easliy meets the requirements (worked perfectly for last year or so) and we only have two devices in the house that use the net anyway. I am quite sure the problem is not from our end. Can TPG advise or run whatever tests you can to confirm something is up with your service.   Thanks! ... View more
