I keep getting redirected when I try to access the 'other services' page. It pops me onto the page, but I'm prevented from accessing anything along with this message, before being forcibly logged off: "Something has gone wrong. You will be redirected to the homepage. This is the third time I've had to contact TPG in the last two months because my bank and my debit card have been declined, despite having an excess in balances to pay. I'm being charged fees, even though I contacted you guys via the helpline to rectify it - obviously that hasn't worked at all. Even worse is that this time, my mobile data and calls have been cut off. I tried to contact through the helpline, as directed on the website, to cancel my bank details to make sure the card is what is being charged, but I CANT MAKE CALLS BECAUSE YOU'VE CUT MY SERVICE! Being pushed closer and closer to contact and filing a complaint with the ombudsman and cancelling my service. I've gone through plenty of channels to get this mess fixed, and every time I'm assured it is - TPG obviously doesn't value me as a customer. I can't even bloody pay without copping extra fees! ... I upgraded to the FTTB M bundle and a technician came in today to facilitate it. I was doing so specifically to get my upload speeds up to scratch, but they're still sitting at a consistent 0.8-1mbps on all the speed tests I've used via the wifi.   The download speed is usually in the 90s, which matches what the plan says it should be, but according to the technician, the upspeeds should be around the 20s. He has suggested that it could possibly be the modem (an HG659 from the previous plan) which is due for replacement apparently, but I haven't yet recieved the TPlink modem that was supposed to come.   Any help would be appreciated! ...
