I have been with TPG for a long time. Ever since they switched from the Optus network - years ago - I have not been able to recieve phone calls or text messages from anyone on the Optus network. Every other network works fine, they can get through. I have contacted TPG tech support multiple times. They disconnect my sim and then reconnect but the same thing happens. I have reset my networks setting. Trouble shooted in many other ways but nothing works. I have contacted optus but they say it is my service providers error.
