No one on Optus can ring or text me

I have been with TPG for a long time. Ever since they switched from the Optus network - years ago - I have not been able to recieve phone calls or text messages from anyone on the Optus network. Every other network works fine, they can get through. I have contacted TPG tech support multiple times. They disconnect my sim and then reconnect but the same thing happens. I have reset my networks setting. Trouble shooted in many other ways but nothing works. I have contacted optus but they say it is my service providers error. I have missed many important phone calls due to this. It is very upsetting. Can anyone slove the issue?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I would love to help raise this to our Mobile Specialists Team and got the bottom of this. To better understand the situation what causing the isolated incoming calls and text drop me a private message with your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) also include your best contact number and preferred time.
