TPG's statement that: "TPG will pay The Messaging Company email service charge until 15 September 2024." is as promulgated on their webpage here: https://support.tpg.com.au/tpg-email-messaging-company   In fact, TPG advance billed my account for email service for the period from eighteenth september 2023 to seventeenth september 2024.   TPG has not refunded my account for the advance billing for the email service and have not given me any indication they intend to do so.   FYI, I would suggest others check their TPG accounts and the in-voices therein to monitor this practice of TPG's to pay for the TMC email service up to 15 September 2024, not from TPG's funds but instead from YOUR (TPG account) funds. ... So you can be given better advice, go into your TPG account, look under 'Email Management' and click on 'Check Your Email Aliases'.   You don't have to post exactly what is said there, but it should look something like: Username: c*******a has the following aliases: Alias______________ Domain__________ Expansion c*******a____________ tpg.com.au_______ c*********a@mail.tpg.com.au e******c ____________ tpg.com.au _______ c*********a   Have this info ready so admins can give you advice on it. ... Still hasn't occured for me either, here's the email I got from TMC: -------------------------------- received 30/9/23 01:04 [TMC LOGO Splash] "Your registration has been received! Hi there, Thank you for choosing our email service. This email is just confirming that your registration has been received and right now there is nothing else to do - we will be in touch before anything else changes. Your email is still being provided by your ISP until you are migrated - we'll be sure to let you know before and after this occurs. Just keep accessing your email as you always do for now. We look forward to having you on our service soon." -----------------------   That's all well and good, but I notice on the TMC webpage here: https://themessaging.co/ that's there's no SIGN-IN link.
