TPG has undertaken to provide a years paid service to
TMC, cost covered by TPG.
Given that TPG has billed me on eleventh september 2023
for email only service for period from eighteenth september
2023 to seventeenth september 2024, how does TPG intend
to refund me for the amount they removed from my bank?

is as promulgated on their webpage here:

In fact, TPG advance billed my account for email service for
the period from eighteenth september 2023 to seventeenth
september 2024.
TPG has not refunded my account for the advance billing
for the email service and have not given me any indication
they intend to do so.
FYI, I would suggest others check their TPG accounts and
the in-voices therein to monitor this practice of TPG's to pay
for the TMC email service up to 15 September 2024, not
from TPG's funds but instead from YOUR (TPG account) funds.

We have had an IMAP email account for ages and now that we have transferred across to TMC these clowns have charged me for the next year. I have made 6 requests for a refund which they agreed to do so over the phone and in writing and they still REFUSE to make the payment. It's time that we took these people to the courts for deceptive and misleading conduct.
