Hi mate, I’m glad I found your post. I’ve got the exact same problem, it only started last week but I am a Telstra HFC NBN customer. Are by chance in Adelaide? That’s where I’m experiencing the problems from. I appreciate this is TPG support and I’m not asking for help, but I’ve had the same problem. So I’m interested to see the resolution.
