Constant dropping outs. It is to a point that I am considering changing a internet provider. TPG, please look after your loyal customer and send some help.

I have been having slow download speed for a few days and then upgraded to plan 50 today. Speed has improved but no more than 10Mbps, often getting something like 5-8 Mbps. Please help.

Hi @cindyzhou, I've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Engineers and provided the fault's case progress. This has been raised to Telstra and we are currently waiting for the completion on or before the 29/11/2018. Let me know should you require furtehr assistance. Cheers!
