Yes they did, thanks.... note to everyone; no discounts were offered to loyal customers, other than the gimmick of $50 instead of $99.50 for the "set-up" fee or waiving it if you commit to 12 months (instead of the normal 18 months).. other than that, nothing can be done on the monthly pricing...

Anyone had luck with receiving a "loyalty" discount on monthly plan costs? I am moving to a brand new house next month, and I'm wondering if TPG would consider still charging me $59.99 / month and bumping me up to NBN50 Plan, rather than the NBN12 I'm currently on. There are some good deals out there elsewhere, but I don't really want to go through the hastle of changing providers... do tele co's even offer loyalty discounts these days?
