I always had a problem using the 50nbn plan. The Internet stopped, cut off, repaired, and this really stressed me out. Today , the Internet suddenly stopped again, I applied for a 5g broadcast band plan. I received an email saying that I will receive a new modem soon. But I didn't hear anything about my old nbn plan. Does this automatically change to a new plan?(for internet fee) Or do I have to call to customer service to cancel it myself?
