Hi @paullarsen25 . What is the colour of the lights on FTTP NBN box? Power, Optical, Alarm? Have you tried connecting the router to FTTP box? Usually UNI-D1 port. A config option on your wifi router is to disable VLAN ID since not normally used on FTTP. But try it both ways. TPG might be in contact in a day or so. @paullarsen25 . When Tenda is in bridge mode, its parental controls don't work. The Tplink does everything. The Tenda might have a wifi schedule so wifi can be turned on/off depending on time of day, separately from Tplink. Before doing parental controls on Tplink, use an ethernet computer connected to it to do some speed tests at different times of day. It's been noted that parental controls reduce internet speed. ...
