I called TPG to let them know that they are throttling my account to the wrong speed but I have already paid a month in advance. Hi,   Its been a few days, numerous emails and phone calls (many unanswered) waiting for TPG to get back to me. I have 2 numbers under my name and 1 which I have requested to transfer to a new account under my wifes name. Last person I spoke to claimed someone would get back to me the same day and they were monitoring it but it all just seems standard responses. Service is extremely poor with TPG when you need to talk to someone. I have been a customer for around 10 years and realise they are good if you do't need to speak to anyone.
