Email Setting on 5G

Hi 

 

I have just switched over from NBN50 to a 5G internet account and my Outlook/Thunderbird is not working correctly. Do I need to use my new username ? Email address should not change hopefully.

We'd like to look into this further. Could you please provide your email address via PM as well as your Customer ID/username?

One you determined that the settings are correct, you can follow the article created on Setting Up TPG Email for Microsoft Outlook
