Hi @lauriefaen1, the My TPG app only supports NBN, TPG FTTB, and ADSL services.   If you are trying to login for your (4G/5G) Home Wireless Broadband or mobile account, these services are not supported by the app at the moment. Thank you for your reply, I have managed to get through to TPG tech support (after long wait btw) and they are looking into the problem. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.  FYI there is no button or anything else on the Dashboard page it's just blank  should I have the issue not resolved within the next few days I will contact you again, thanks  ...
