To add an authorised contact on your account, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The authorised person will be given access to contact TPG and transact on your behalf, will also be assisted with any query or change in terms of billing, contract, technical or other information pertaining to your account except adding or removing a contact person and canceling the account.
Please note that the authorised person's name will not reflect on the billing invoices and receipts.
You can utilise My Account in generating your invoices and convert them into PDF files.
