My wife and i recently changed from an NBN Plan to a Home Wireless Broadband plan. To say I am not happy with the internet service provided is an understatement. I am frequently having to reset the modem and it always seems to be when I am watching a show. We did not have this issue when we were on an NBN Plan. Hi there, I have a family email account which is our main email account and this account will send and receive emails without issue. I have 2 x Slave email addresses One (1) which will receive emails but not send and one (1) which will neither send or receive. I have checked that both slave emails are listed as active in the TPG database and they are. I have checked the mail server settings and ports and they are set to the same as my main email account. To say this is getting frustrating is underestimating how I feel about this as it has been going on for quite a while. Hi there,   My outlook account will receive emails, but I cannot send emails via outlook using Windows 11. There is no error messages it just wont send. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2019. I have verified that the correct Ports are bewing used. I have called Support twice already and not had anyone get back to me with a resolution. I have been with TPG for a long time (at least 5 years, maybe longer) and been very happy with the service, however as I am now working from home I need to be able to send emails from my computer. At first the issue was it happened when i tried to send emails with attachments, now it is more frequent.   Please help me resolve this issue quickly or I will have to try another provider, which i do not want to do.
