Greetings, I recently joined TPG to set up internet in my girlfriend's apartment. Speaking with a representative on the phone I was told that connection should be available once I set up the NBN modem through HFC as well as the wifi router, however the upload and download lights on the NBN modem are continuously flashing meaning I have no connection. On the TP-link wifi modem, I have the power, 2.4 and 5ghz, and the WAN lights but no internet light. May I have a mod look in to whether my service has been activated or not? Thank you. ... View more
