Hi @Kamal23   Welcome to the Community!   We've edited your post as it contains your account details.   We checked the account and learned that your service is under the NBN FTTN (Fibre to the Node) technology.   This means that you don't need an NBN connection box for the service to work.   Also, you've applied for a BYO (Buy Your Own) modem/router plan.
