My bills need to be looked at I've been charged an extra month at $49.67 instead of the previous bill being reduced. What can confuse you is that I was always charged a week before my month started. Moved to the premises a around a year and a half ago, NBN had to be installed and the tech put a new telephone socket in the wall.
