Hi Ahra_G, Already check and no outage detected. I think NCD box not working. Have try to plug in other location but still not working

still no connection till now. I think the NCD box was no working after the lighting on that night.

My internet not working after heavy rain and lightning yesterday in St Lucia.Our modem and router also not working as usual.
