I have just been sent a connection box to set up a new NBN connection. The modem is all lit up except the internet but the connection box does not light up at all. I know the powerpoints & phone line are ok cause I have just disconnected ADSL. I have switched off and on and tried reset with paper clip in reset hole. No lights at all! I have just received my modem to set up NBN FTTC but I have not received a NBN Connection Device. Is there meant to be one with the Modem sent by TPG? There has not been NBN connected in my apartment previously. Regards, Jeff B ... View more
