I had no notification of the direct debit happening like U was told when signing up for the NBN plan. I would like to know why as this is extremely bad to take money after just 21 days and at least one well was basically poor to no service. I am looking at cancelling the service on these grounds. ... I have been seeing constant dropouts for a couple of weeks. Some lasting 30 seconds up to a few minutes. I have reset modem a couple of times which helps for a short time. Any help would be greatful.
