Hello, My NBN internet is down and I'm having to hotspot off my mobile.   A technician is not able to come to my property to look at my internet until Friday - they have confirmed that the issue is my modem and not the NBN connection.     Will TPG allow for extra mobile data while there is an extended delay for a technician?
