Do you get extra mobile data if home internet is down?

Hello,

My NBN internet is down and I'm having to hotspot off my mobile.

A technician is not able to come to my property to look at my internet until Friday - they have confirmed that the issue is my modem and not the NBN connection.  

Will TPG allow for extra mobile data while there is an extended delay for a technician? Has anyone experienced this before? I'm hesitant to use my data if I'm going to get charged later.
