NBNCO have informed me that I am now eligible to upgrade to FTTP but TPG is not one of the 41 participating providers they list! The area is Clovelly Park, South Australia. Is this going to change? If so, when? Thanks, David

Hi, NBN has announced FTTP extension into my suburb (Clovelly Park SA) and they were out doing the fibre work about 6 weeks ago - but FTTP plans are not yet available from TPG. Does anyboddy know how long this normally takes? Thanks

Hi, FTTP is now released for Clovelly Park but I can't subscribe through TPG. My neighbours 3 houses down can! Have some addresses been orphaned or is this an error? David

When I am logged into my VPN (on an Sydney server) the TPG mail server rejects my emails from Microsoft Outlook. I get Task 'XXXXXX@tpg.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' Is this a policy of TPG or a problem? It is very annoying having to shut down my VPN just to send an email! Thanks, David
