We have NBN FTTN and it constantly cuts out at different times of the day for different lengths of time. I've been contact by TG multiple times to fix it. After trying every troubleshooting method I've been told to do it still cuts out daily and I have to sometime restart my modem for it to connect. What can I do?

Hi Ahra, I've done basic troubleshooting like restarting the modem and leaving it unplugged for a few minutes I took a screenshot of my modem settings when the internet starts dropping out

Hi recently my TPG NBN has been dropping out multiple times a day and is nearly unusable

Our tpg internet has been dropping out a lot recently. We’re using our own modem we bought it has the right credentials in it but the modem internet light sometimes flashes red
