Hi @stevejsutton,   Welcome to TPG Community!   We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you are trying to configure your own modem/router, but seems unsuccessful.   In order to upgrade the firmware of your device, try to use the TPG supplied modem/router to connect to the internet then download the firmware update on your computer.
