We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that you've contacted our Tech team yesterday and verified that there's a fault on the copper network which is why they've escalated the case to our Engineering team.
They've lodged the fault to Telstra and we were advised that their technician will check your TPG service anytime on or before the 24th of January 2019. Your attendance is not required.
