Thanks David that bridge mode definitely working. Can I bypass modem at all, mean putting all settings in UDM PRO. As I don’t have Ethernet connection ( only RJ-11) termination from outside wall to home. As I can see right now modem is just phone connection and VLAN -2 Thanks

Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 210413 Rel.19548n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2.0 00000000 updated, same issue- cant do simple port forwarding on this router??? very frustating now. Yep would liek to use UDM VPN as has more features compare to std open VPN.

I don’t thinks UDM setup is the problem, problem is archer is unable to do port forwarding at all. I have tried various ports and same issue 80, 8080 same story. Thanks

Yes you are correct, I tried that :10118 is refused as closed. What’s next and what happen to forward request. Thanks

10118 UDP port needs to be enable to access UDM VPN. 10118 port is open on UDM router via configuration of VPN targeti g public IP address and UDP 10118 port enable. UDM VPN app is used to access VPN portal.

UDM has fixed IP address. Can ping .100 from network. It does have Intrusion protection and it’s turned on. UDM might have packet capture but not sure.

Hi, Yep explanation is correct. .100 is router and fixed IP on Lan 10118 is UDM device VPN port for remote VPN setup. 10118 is set for listening on .100 router. TPG modem is 10.91.10.1 default GW DDNS is next step if I get port working.

HI Please note .100 is router set up is as below TPG modem with public IP and LAN is 10.91.10.1- 200 TRouter is connected to 10.91.10.100 Would like to open port for .100 (UDP-10118) Set up ALL on 10.91.10.1 (TPG Modem) virtual server with IP address pointing to Router .100 netstat -an 10118 not listed.

both ports allowed and check again same CLOSED status. UPnP tried as well no change TPG modem is on public IP plus LAN IP range is 10.91.10.x.- xx Router is on 10.91.10.100

I'd like to request my firmware to be updated pls. Current versions are: Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v2 00000000 Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 190228 Rel.72265n Trying to port forward with Archer and unable to get the perticular port open trie 80,8080, etc and used yougetsignal and grc to verfiy open port. Please let me know if this is firmware issue or this perticualr model unable to do any port forwarding. I have configure port forward-> NAT Forwarding -> Virtual Servers -> IP adddress and Port Regards,
