My internet has not been working properly ever since I have gotten back from overseas. The max download speeds that I get is just 0.2 Mbps and upload is even worse. It was fine before I left for my trip overseas. From what I can tell, there is no problem on the payment side of things, so I don't know if my internet speeds are being throttled.
