Hi, I have Current Plan NBN Cable Broadband Unlimited Superfast. I am getting speed everage 92mbps Download & 23mbps upload speed. This was 271mbps download & 23mbps upload in 2022. I am paying high cost for speed but not getting it. Just notice today. Can you help please. Thank you.

No internet every weekend from last 4 weeks. We replaced the router but still no internet in any one of them. VR1600V & Archer 73. We are reunning online business from home. Hard to operate & loosing customers. Paying high cost for NBN Cable Broadband Unlimited Superfast & outage very often in Quakers Hill NSW 2763. If this continue we will be moving soon with IINET or Aussie or Telstra. Checked NBN but it say " No nbn® network outage detected 5 COMMISSO CT QUAKERS HILL NSW 2763 Australia. If there is no nbn® network outage detected at your address but you are still experiencing an issue with your service, please contact your internet service provider as there may be a fault impacting your individual service." Help please. Thank you.

Hi Basil, Yes I am under the bundled NBN service (NBN Cable Broadband Unlimited Superfast). But I never used the landline TPG phone in last 3 years so no need of the phone line. I just need good high speed internet only for my home business. I am running business (eBay) from home. Just Google VINA61 for details. Thank you.

Hi David, Yes I am on Current Plan NBN Cable Broadband Unlimited Superfast Contract You are currently not in contract Ethernet cable from Arris is connected to blue port on AX73. I am currently using internet as folloing connections. - Old VR1600 connected to Arric CM8200. - From VR 1600 yellow ethernet port ethernet cable is connected to blue port of AX73. - Wireless wifi id disabled on VR1600V - PC & all home items like TV, security camera Google Home all connected wireless wifi from new AX73 This way AX 73 is working using middle VR1600. But I want to use only AX73 without VR1600. Thank you

Hi, Yes I received phone call from TPG technician. As per him this TP Link AX5400 AX73 is just wifi router & it will not work connecting with NBN Arris CM8200. I will have to return it & get a new VDSL MODEM/ROUTER. Can you please suggest me which are latest VDSL Models Modem/Routers with wifi 6 which can be connected direct to NBN Arris CM8200 to replace the old TP Link Archer VR1600V? Any Price & Brand will be OK for me. Thank you very much for your help. Kind regards, Anil

I have set up username & passward but when I open tplinkwifi.net it show no internet all other looks OK. IP Address subnet mask etc all show 0.0.0.0. It will be great if someone from tech department call me please. I am using TPG UltraFast NBN Thank you.

New TP Link AX5400 AX 73 is connected to NBN CM8200 with ethernet cable.(Blue Port) PC connected to TP Link AX5400AX73 with eathernet cable from (Yellow port). Out of front 5 leds one internet led is red, all other 4 leds are green. Also I tried to connect old router with NBN modem & from old router yellow port to new router blue port. It show internet ok, wifi to other devices OK. But if I remove old router there is no internet. Thank you.

Hi, I tried everything. I have connected VR1600V to NBN Arris CM8200 It was working fine since 2019. This VR1600V started loosing Wifi to connected TV & other items so to upgrade purchased new AX5400 AX73. When I connect this to NBN CM8200 I get No Internet One led RED. All parameters on TP Link wifi Net show 0.0.0.0 How to fix it? Thank you.
