We recently switched from just an ADSL2+ internet connection to your phone+internet bundle, we've been having noticebly more drop outs since and they seem to be getting more frequent these past few days; as often as once every 10-20 minutes (the ADSL loses sync). The line and dialtone sounds fine and we've tried isolating the router straight to the wall socket, different sockets, cables, filters etc to no avail. We've had similar drop outs previously both before and after technicians came to repair a faulty line at our premises, but I think something was done with the line settings on TPG's end too, perhaps these settings haven't been carried over with the switch? Can someone please investigate, thank you.
