Hi @almanac ,   The TPG will not block your access to the TPG email address. Hence, you may need to update the outgoing mail server based on the given outgoing server of the ISP to which you are connected in the event that email is setup on an email client (i.e., Mac Mail, Outlook).   If this is the case, you also have the option to use TPG Email Post Office to access the email.   Regards,     ...
