Yes - total disgrace disabling the email service without warning or user notification. I have moved to office 365 - have had my email hosted since I registered domain in 2000. I will be seeking a full refund of the $99 TPG charged me on 30th June for domain email hosting. And I will be moving the Internet/landline and 4 x mobile accounts to other providers. Unable to send email for several weeks - and then unable to receive since 07/07/22. Very costly personally and busainess-wise. Contacted TPG support twice - only promise of escalation and then no response. Absolutely disgraceful - these clowns shouldn't be allowed do business in Australia.
