What does it mean if your internet works fine but the UNI V1.V2 light on the NBN wall box is not on? Even though I am (in theory) on a bundle deal. I hadn't bothered using a landline until yesterday. I bought a hand set and plugged it in (correctly) but V1/V2 light is off. Do I need to ask TPG to switch my phone on?
