Looking to change VoIP provider away from TPG

Hi, I’m currently subscribed to an FTTC NBN bundle that includes VoIP. Recently, I changed my router to bridge mode, which unfortunately caused my VoIP to stop working. As a result, I’m looking to switch providers.   I have a question regarding number porting. Do I need to inform TPG that I’m getting my number ported to another provider so that my internet connection remains active? Or can I simply ask the new provider to go ahead and port the number?   Thank you in advance for your help! ... View more
